MET Costume Institute Gala 2014: Charles James Beyond Fashion

MET Gala! Ok, i'm not gonna comment anything about this year's theme because as everyone who attended pretty much ignored it, i'm not going to bother about it.

This year i'm not only going to comment about the looks that i loved but also from others that have been really mixed up, in conclusion, about all the looks that matter, let's begin and let me know your faves!

Naomi Watts was, for me, queen of the night in this exquisite Givenchy dress that was a dream, she's always on point.

Charlize Theron also saved the night in Dior even though she didn't look as stunning as Miss Watts while Cara Delevingne was effortesly chic and original wearing trousers in Stella McCartney

More behind the cut!

Naomi Campbell was divine in this Riccardo Tisci gown that didn't get enough love while i really, really liked Chloë Moretz in this Chanel

Adele Exarchopoulos was probably my second fave look from the night (after Naomi W.) as she looked super gorgeous in Prada

I surprisingly liked Florence Welch's look in Valentino and Leighton Meester's Emilio Pucci dress was gorgeous but somehow it looked a little bit off on her

The Olsens were ok this year at the MET Gala, Mary Kate in vintage Ferre while Ashley in vintage Chanel, who i liked better. No comment about Lizzie Olsen whose look was a mess, so disappointing in Miu Miu

Greta Gerwig was fine in Theysken's Theory dress and Georgia May Jagger looked like a babe in Thierry Mugler

Joan Smalls was really beautiful in Vera Wang (just like the designer) while Chanel Iman was equally gorgeous in Topshop

Sofia Coppola looked really classy in this dress i couldn't ID (Marc Jacobs or Louis Vuitton i guess), and Victoria Beckham kept it nice and simple in a dress from her own collection

Hailee Steinfeld's Prabal Gurung looked better from behind but overall it was ok

Amber Heard looked really classy in Giambattista Valli (don't mind the clown) while i have mixed feelings about Rosie Huntington Whiteley in  Balmain, i think i liked it but not for this event

Also having mixed feeling's about Sarah Paulson's dress while Allison Williams kept it classy (as usual) in Oscar de la Renta

Sarah Jessica Parker stunned in Oscar de la Renta (would had been better without the gloves) and Lupita Nyong'o is everyone's favourite in Prada because of the hype she has right now, but let's be honest, the girl is gorgeous but this look is ridic
